1. Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at help@safeaspira.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

3. Exchanges

If you need a different item, please submit a return request first. Exchanges are processed after item receipt and approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, discounted/clearance items, opened hygiene products, and personalized products (if applicable) cannot be returned.
